In this one hour class, I will take you through a creative Vinyasa sequence to calm the mind, create stillness and find balance.
Slow flow is light and creative with postures generally held for longer periods and transitions are slower.
Vinyasa is followed with guided meditation where eye pillows are offered to deepen relaxation and sound bowl experience.
Students of all levels and experience are welcome.

The focus is on alignment and breath.
This special emphasis on proper technique helps you to then refine your form, build strength and flexibility.
Students of all levels are welcome, modifications are offered and well as cues to deepen a pose.
Sundays From 9.00am
Floor postures are held for longer periods of time allowing a deeper opening of the body.
Yin Yoga is a great practice for all levels and complementary to more dynamic yoga styles.
It's a perfect class to nurture your mind, body and soul.
